Data Analyst 4 - Remote Opportunity with BCforward

Job Summary:

• Location: Remote (anywhere in the USA)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 9-month contract
• Compensation: $65/hr - $70/hr

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and clients to determine data requirements and business data implementation approaches
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system
• Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes
• Test programs or databases, correct errors, and make necessary modifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• 8-10 years of applicable experience
• Top 3 hard skills required:
  • Power BI
  • Excel Dashboards
  • SQL-based reporting platforms
• Experience with database technologies
• Knowledge of the ETL process
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
