Job Description

We're seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Providing accurate information about bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
• Finding personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish
• Good command of English
• Flexible and dynamic with a passion for customer service
