Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable advertising technology systems, including ad servers, bidders, and yield optimizers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable campaign planning, targeting, and measurement
• Work closely with advertisers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain expertise in programmatic advertising, including real-time bidding and private marketplaces
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in advertising and ad tech

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience in building and deploying large-scale advertising technology systems
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including ad exchanges, supply-side platforms, and demand-side platforms
• Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) and audience targeting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with brand lift measurement, incrementality-based results assessment, and experimentation
• Knowledge of industry standards and protocols, such as VAST, VPAID, and OpenRTB
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
