We are seeking a dedicated and caring Night Shift Medical Technician to join our team at Workwarp. As a Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients during the night shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including changing, turning, and toileting per 2-hour schedule
• Administer medications and document on MAR
• Provide adjunct care, including dressing changes, and assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bed baths, shampoos, and showers
• Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart
• Collaborate with other CNAs or Med Techs during shift to ensure seamless care
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local requirements

• Additional compensation, including 1.5X holiday pay and 1.5X overtime pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• 1 year of caregiving experience required
• CNA and Medication Aide certification required (Med Tech certification from Dorothea Dix preferred)
• Experience in a nursing home or assisted living environment preferred
• Dementia experience preferred
• Availability to work night shifts, including rotating weekends
