Job Summary

Under the guidance of the Mears' Director of Airport Operations, you will perform a variety of tasks related to the operations of Disney Magical Express guest transportation. Your primary focus will be on providing professional and courteous service to guests, ensuring their safe and efficient transportation to their designated resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Disney Magical Express bus loading operations at the Orlando International Airport with professionalism and courtesy, directing guests to the correct motor coach and ensuring their safe boarding.
• Utilize DME two-way radio equipment effectively, interacting with motor coach operators and the DME Lead to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet guests warmly, confirm resort information, and board them onto the correct motor coach, providing exceptional customer service.
• Closing out each motor coach worked, providing a final copy of the DME Load Slip to the motor coach operator, and assisting with safe motor coach maneuvers.
• Communicate effectively with guests, motor coach operators, and the DME Lead, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Disney Resorts and their locations is an asset.
• No licenses required.
• Able to remain calm, pleasant, and poised under high-pressure situations and work flexible hours.

Essential Functions

• Ability to read and understand program scheduling reports and related materials.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients, guests, co-workers, and industry-related personnel.
• Ability to work in a standing position, following company regulations regarding dress code, attendance, and behavior.
• Reliable means of transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport.
