Remote Assistant Manager - Promotions Strategy and Operations at Disney+ Hotstar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Promotions Strategy and Operations team at Disney+ Hotstar. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ideating and executing promotion adaptation programs, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Job Summary

• Develop and execute promotion adaptation programs to drive business growth and revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Ad Tech, and Operations to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OTT and Advertisements environments to inform business decisions
• Plan, analyze, and summarize operational results to inform business decisions

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in OTT, Advertisements business, Consumer Tech, or Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, and dashboarding
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA from a top-tier university preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
