As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing operational support to our Prescription department, ensuring seamless and efficient service to our patients. This is a remote opportunity with a 6-week on-site training period in Worcester, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to our Prescription department
• Develop proficiencies in utilizing Epic and other relevant systems
• Process prescriptions, manage patient calls, and handle multiple tasks with precision and accuracy
• Collaborate with prescribers, payors, and pharmacies to ensure timely and effective prescription fulfillment
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Current unencumbered Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Massachusetts
• 1+ years of retail Pharmacy Technician experience
• Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
