Key Responsibilities

• Process prescription requests, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery to patients
• Utilize computer systems to input, retrieve, and assess prescription information, as well as medical and reimbursement data
• Collaborate with the team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, handling inbound and outbound calls with patients and providers
• Verify patient data, submit prescription orders, and coordinate with the team to resolve complex issues

What You'll Need

• Active and unrestricted State NHA CpHT license or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license via EXCPT or PTCB
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or patient-facing role
• Call-center or telephonic work experience
