Job Summary:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for uncovering hidden insights and trends in complex data sets, working closely with our Product and Data Science teams to inform business decisions and drive customer-centric experiences. You will analyze business systems and processes, identify data requirements, and develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Develop and implement statistical models and data analysis techniques to drive business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Product Managers, to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
• Proven experience working with large datasets, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Looker, PowerBI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., GCP, BigQuery) and distributed data stores (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
