Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in managing warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Experience in project planning, business case development, team management, presentations, and financial modeling
• Experience in managing people in remote and regional areas

Preferred qualifications include:

• An MBA or Graduate degree in a related field
• Certification in project management
• Experience in operations management, problem-solving, 3PL vendor relationships, budget creation, and cost management
• Ability to apply structured thinking and logic, and provide solutions
• Excellent analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Own daily logistics operations management of multiple data center locations
• Create, lead, and support cross-functional team projects
• Manage and monitor vendor performance scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and development of business cases to support logistics process changes and improvements
• Identify opportunities for improvement to the cost and/or quality of services
• Transform ideas into a documented business case, present the business case to peers and management for approval, and provide ongoing project management
• Manage relationships with multiple internal customers at data centers
