Join Our Team and Lead the Way in Operational Risk Management

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to provide guidance and support to our 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) teams in managing operational risk. As a key member of our Enterprise Control Management Utility, you will play a crucial role in promoting a risk-aware culture across the organization and ensuring that our processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to 1LoD teams in executing operational risk management plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate and translate 2LoD established Operational Risk Programs to 1LoD Business Units, ensuring a strong and consistent understanding of the program's purpose and execution
• Facilitate the understanding and use of the risk governance framework across Business Units through regular communication and training
• Support the sharing of risk management insights, best practices, themes, and trends across the enterprise

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing operational risk management programs and policy frameworks
• Deep understanding of relevant regulations and proven success working with external regulators
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a matrix organization
