The SEC Network's Digital Content team is dedicated to delivering exceptional SEC sports content to fans anywhere, anytime. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of talented professionals, set strategic goals, and develop innovative content initiatives that drive audience engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of secsports.com and the SEC mobile app, ensuring seamless user experiences and high brand standards.
• Drive team performance, create efficient workflows, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital efforts with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members, oversee vendor partnerships, and utilize data analytics to inform content strategies.
• Ensure platform content reflects the SEC's brand identity, maintain editorial standards, and enhance fan engagement.
• Develop innovative content initiatives, foster collaboration with external partners, and support shared goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital media, content management, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience, strong understanding of the college sports landscape, and expertise in web and mobile UX design principles.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of advocating for diversity and inclusion.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
