As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors in individuals, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and treatment effectiveness.Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a team RBTs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and client progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral health strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
  • Manage program operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification.
  • Extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Experience in program management and operational oversight preferred.
