Responsibilities of an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
  • Developing and refining your sales skills through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services.

Qualifications for an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of work experience
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment (desirable)
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (desirable)
  • Customer service experience (desirable)
