About the position Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. The role involves observing and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities ? Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security. , ? Implement security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems. , ? Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing first aid if necessary. , ? Assist patients and employees by addressing their concerns and providing directions as needed. , ? Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment. Requirements ? Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as per A.R.S. ?36-2801.10. , ? Consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services as per A.R.S. ? 36-2804.01. , ? Valid Identification required. , ?
