Sr. Technical Program Manager (Cloud Data Analytics in Life Science) - US Remote

The Senior Technical Program Manager will report to the Professional Services team and will be responsible for managing the implementation and services of Our Client's Data Platform for new clients. This role involves overseeing projects to ensure Our Client meets or exceeds client expectations in a continuous improvement environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct client/internal project kick-off meetings and regular client update meetings. • Manage resource planning, project timelines, deliverables, and the financial aspects of services. • Oversee project governance, manage scope and change requests, and identify and mitigate risks. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with clients’ expectations. Requirements: • 7+ years of Program Management experience in a Professional Services setting, implementing complex technical solutions. • 7+ years of experience with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Enterprise software. • Proven ability to engage effectively in C-level client relationships in a client-facing role. • Demonstrated success managing the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous projects using project management tools. • Strong collaborative communication and influencing skills. • Professional and/or Collegiate Life Science experience in a lab for either R&D, Drug Manufacturing/Discovery, Clinical Trials, Instrumentation, etc. Ideal If You Have: • Deep experience in Life Sciences and Pharma workflows, especially in areas like drug design and development, biologics, automation, or new modalities. • Ability to thrive in an environment managing multiple simultaneous efforts across diverse experiences. • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. • Project management experience in a cloud environment, particularly with AWS, is a compelling advantage. • Proven leadership in project/program delivery within an agile, customer-facing deployment environment. • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences. • Ability to distill and present complex information to diverse stakeholders. • Knowledge or understanding of GxP compliance-related activities such as Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is highly desirable.
