Position Overview As a Sales Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them take their first step toward a healthier lifestyle. Your role will involve engaging in conversations, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our sales team. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for those passionate about fitness, sales, and making a difference. Key Responsibilities • Initiate and manage conversations with prospective clients across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc.) • Qualify leads and schedule sales calls • Follow up with prospects who didn’t initially convert • Book at least 20 qualified sales calls per month • Participate in team huddles (Mon/Wed/Fri at 9:30 AM EST) and submit End-of-Day reports • Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system What We’re Looking For • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and guide conversations • People-Focused: Naturally curious and empathetic in conversations • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing leads and tracking performance • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals • Growth-Minded: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and driven to improve • Sales Experience Preferred, But Not Required: We offer full training for the right candidate Compensation & Growth Opportunities • Hourly Base Pay ($12/hour) • Performance-Based Commission for each qualified set • Flexible Part-Time Schedule (8-12 hours per week) • Opportunities for Advancement: Top performers can grow into full-time roles or move into higher-earning Sales Closer positions • Remote Work: Work from anywhere within U.S. time zones (EST–PST) Why Join HD2 Nutrition & Fitness?
