Customer Care Representative 100% Remote... Pay: $16.50/hr Schedule: Seeking Full Availability Between (Mon-Sun 7am-6pm MST) Expected Start Date: 10/18 Candidates must be residents of either the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Texas. 3 Month Contract Description • The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence. • Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions. • Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions About TEKsystems We're partners in transformation.
