In this role, you will provide personalized instruction and support to students in a virtual setting. You will work closely with students, families, and educational professionals to address individual needs and support academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs - Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in a virtual classroom - Conduct virtual assessments and monitor student progress - Collaborate with parents, students, and school staff to achieve educational and behavioral goals - Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles - Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance - Stay current with best practices and advancements in special education and remote teaching Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education from an accredited institution - Current state certification in Special Education - At least 2 years of experience in special education teaching preferred - Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and technology - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting - Ability to create and maintain a supportive and inclusive virtual learning environment How to Apply: If you are a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher looking for a remote opportunity to make a difference, we would love to hear from you!
