Job Summary:
Walmart Inc., a multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores. Walmart is looking for a dedicated, customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. This is a part-time position, offering a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours a day. Description:
As a Walmart Delivery Specialist, you will ensure that our customers receive their online orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for picking and packing online orders in the store, loading them into the delivery vehicle, and delivering them directly to the customer’s location. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, answering any questions the customer may have and resolving any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
– Pack, load, and deliver customer orders using a company vehicle.
– Provide excellent customer service at all times.
– Resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
– Ensure that all delivery orders are accurate and delivered on time.
– Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery operations.
Requirements:
– Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
– Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
– Must have excellent customer service skills.
– Must be able to manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
– Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is preferred, but not required.
