Requirements
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
– Familiarity with Amazon tools and platforms is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities
– Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
– Handle customer inquiries and provide support via chat, email, and phone
– Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
– Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
– Monitor and manage inventory and orders on Amazon platforms
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis
– Assist with content creation for Amazon listings and promotional materials

Educational Qualifications
