Are you a service-minded professional searching for a fully remote opportunity that combines purpose, stability, and growth? arenaflex is expanding its dedicated contact center team to support a high-impact federal contract focused on federal student loan servicing. We are actively hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who live in designated HUBZone areas and want to make a tangible difference in the financial well-being of borrowers across the United States.

This is more than a typical call center job. As a CSR at arenaflex, you will be the trusted voice that helps borrowers understand their accounts, navigate repayment options, and find personalized solutions during some of the most important financial decisions of their lives. If you are passionate about helping others, excel in structured environments, and want to be part of a mission-driven organization committed to economic development and career advancement in historically underutilized business zones, we invite you to apply.

About arenaflex and the Opportunity

arenaflex is a forward-thinking organization that partners with federal agencies and leading private companies to deliver outstanding customer support, operational excellence, and workforce development. In alignment with our commitment to job growth and economic empowerment in HUBZone communities, we are staffing remote customer service roles to service federal student loan accounts on behalf of our federal contract. This is a professional, structured, and fast-paced environment where accuracy, empathy, and compliance come together to create exceptional customer experiences.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide accurate servicing of student loan accounts, and help counsel borrowers to establish personalized repayment plans that comply with Federal and State regulations. Every conversation you have is an opportunity to provide clarity, reassurance, and solutions that genuinely help customers move forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and accurate handling of inquiries regarding federal student loans, account updates, and changes in accordance with arenaflex policies and all applicable Federal and State regulations.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a productive contact center environment while consistently meeting quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Counsel customers on available repayment options and assist with the completion of applications and forms in alignment with department procedures and federal guidelines.
  • Maintain the highest levels of privacy and security to protect customer data, the federal client, and business partners at all times.
  • Document account interactions thoroughly and accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by offering relevant information, resources, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance goals and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.

Essential Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a professional business environment.
  • Minimum of 6 months of computer experience in a business environment.
  • Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C).
  • Must NOT be in default on any Federal Student Loans or loans guaranteed by the federal government (typically 270 days past due).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Felonies or misdemeanors within the last 7 years may impact eligibility to obtain the required security clearance.
  • Applicants with non-medical collections exceeding $7,500 may also experience issues in obtaining the required security clearance.
  • Qualified applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR; Hendersonville, TN; or Augusta, GA.
  • Qualified applicants must live in a designated HUBZone area. (Please verify your HUBZone status using the SBA HUBZone Map before applying.)
  • Existing arenaflex employees are not currently eligible to apply for this position.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior call center experience in a high-volume or federal contracting environment.
  • 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote) in a business setting.

  • Friendly, professional speaking voice and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality with a strong commitment to schedule adherence.
  • Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong computer skills, including basic troubleshooting, fast and accurate typing, and proficiency using web browsers.
  • Must pass an online customer service assessment test as part of the hiring process.
  • Must possess reliable transportation to a arenaflex facility throughout the course of employment for equipment pickup, repair, or return.
  • Must possess reliable high-speed internet using a hard-wired ethernet or cable connection (see Internet Requirements below).

Compensation, Health, and Welfare Benefits

At arenaflex, we believe that taking care of our team is foundational to delivering outstanding service. Our compensation package reflects that commitment.

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour.
  • Health and Welfare Benefit: $4.41 per hour paid (capped at 40 hours per week), designed to help offset the cost of insurance premiums.
  • Full Premium Coverage: For employees working a 40-hour week, the Health and Welfare benefit covers the full cost of employee-only medical, dental, and vision premiums — meaning arenaflex pays for your medical, dental, and insurance premiums.

Work Location and HUBZone Requirement

This position is fully remote (work from home). To qualify, applicants must live in a HUBZone area within a 75-mile radius of an arenaflex deployment facility in Lowell, AR; Hendersonville, TN; or Augusta, GA. Applicants are encouraged to verify their HUBZone status using the SBA HUBZone Map prior to applying. Candidates who submit an application and do not reside in a designated HUBZone area will not be considered.

Training and Schedule

New hires will complete a comprehensive paid remote training curriculum designed to build expertise in federal regulations, company policies, and customer relationship tools used to deliver personalized borrower support. Training can extend up to 5–6 weeks, and employees must be fully available during this period.

  • Training Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Post-Training Schedule: After training is completed, new hires will be assigned a 40-hour scheduled shift during operational hours. Shift availability is at arenaflex's discretion, and employees may not be able to select their preferred schedule.

A reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential for this role. Applicants must have a hard-wired ethernet or cable connection (a direct connection from the wall) for their company-issued computer with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Wi-Fi, mobile hotspots, and any other wireless connections are not acceptable due to stability and security concerns. Acceptable connection types include Fiber, Cable, or DSL. Applicants should be prepared to provide proof of internet speed during the recruitment process.
