We are hiring a Remote Chat Sales Agent – Part-Time Live Customer Engagement & Digital Sales Support Specialist to join arenaflex's growing global team. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity open to applicants worldwide, with a slight preference for candidates based in the United States. As a part-time team member, you will manage live chat conversations on behalf of arenaflex's partner websites and social media channels, helping existing customers with support questions and guiding potential buyers toward the right purchase decisions.

This is an entry-level role at arenaflex, which means full training is provided. You do not need prior paid experience as a live chat agent to apply. What matters most is your reliability, written communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to follow a clear set of guidelines. What You'll Be Doing at arenaflex

As a Remote Chat Sales Agent with arenaflex, you will be the friendly, professional voice (in text form) that customers interact with when they land on a partner website or social media page. Your primary responsibility is to respond to incoming live chat messages in a timely, helpful, and brand-aligned way. Conversations can range from quick product questions to more detailed support inquiries, and you will be trained to handle both with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat inquiries from website visitors and social media followers on behalf of arenaflex's partner brands, providing accurate, friendly, and helpful information.
  • Provide sales support by engaging potential customers, answering product or service questions, highlighting features and benefits, and gently guiding them toward a purchase decision.
  • Offer customer support to existing buyers who reach out with questions about their orders, accounts, subscriptions, or general troubleshooting.
  • Follow arenaflex's chat scripts, guidelines, and brand voice standards to ensure every interaction reflects the quality and professionalism our partners expect.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate arenaflex support lead or partner contact when needed.
  • Log conversations and outcomes in arenaflex's internal tracking system, helping the team identify trends, common questions, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent availability during the hours you commit to each week, with at least 10 hours minimum and up to 20 hours available.
  • Stay up to date on arenaflex partner products, promotions, and policies through ongoing training and internal resources.

  • Minimum 10 hours per week availability: You must be able to commit to at least 10 hours each week, with the flexibility to work up to 20 hours depending on your preference and chat volume.
