About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, who can provide empathetic and professional support to our customers through various communication channels. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, updating customer information, and collaborating with our management team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service by being empathetic and professional in every interaction

  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience selling subscription-based services

  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience in Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Lead Generation (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar customer service role

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service databases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
