[Remote] Consultant, Global Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RE/MAX World Headquarters is looking for a Global Sales Consultant to join their team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and collaborating with a sales team to implement business development strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drives and manages the sales process, including cold calling, targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process
- Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to generate new leads
- Schedule a minimum of 5-6 meetings per week with new potential prospects while moving existing prospects through the pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales and activity targets
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM and review leads daily
- Provide clear and accurate information about the RE/MAX value proposition
- Qualify clients by asking targeted questions about their goals and objectives
- Document conversations in the CRM system concisely to assist other team members in the sales process
- Conduct initial interviews with potential franchisees, coordinate and guide candidates through the screening process, interviews, financial approvals and background evaluations
- Travel throughout the assigned territory (50-70%) and represents the brand at networking and social events
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Experience with cold calling and qualifying leads is highly preferred
- High-energy, flexible, hands-on individual with an outgoing personality who can thrive in a company environment and will do whatever it takes 'to get it done'
- A goal-oriented, focused individual and team player who is coachable
- A highly organized person who stays on top of multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, including strong presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to track pipeline
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel about 50%-70% of the time
- Promote the culture, values, and mission of RE/MAX
- Experience in customer service
- Proven record of prospecting and cold-calling clients to achieve new business acquisitions
- Ability to travel 50- 75%
