Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, operating the cash register, and performing various tasks to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously
- Prepare food items, operate the cash register, and handle payments
- Activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and that shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting
- Help keep the store clean and safe by following established policy, procedures, and guidelines
- Complete store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more

- Shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am

Qualifications

- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
