Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting: Handle escalated troubleshooting calls and provide advanced support for EV charger issues.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and their needs are met.
  • Documentation: Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments, process online enrollment applications, and maintain customer records.
  • Data Entry and Filing: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to ensure seamless operations.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience in customer service or technical support (preferably in the energy sector).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Proficiency with basic computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
