Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. This is a temporary opportunity for up to 1 year, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions and payments, including acting as a cashier to accept payments
  • Enter, research, and retrieve data regarding customer and commercial accounts
  • Prepare invoices for customers
  • Review and reconcile payments, post invoices, cash receipts, and deposit receivables
  • Serve as back-up for various accounting and administrative functions
  • Work under pressure and with frequent interruptions while performing accurate mathematical computations
  • Recognize errors and make necessary corrections

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of one-year experience directly related to customer service in a call center environment
  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping work is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with frequent interruptions
  • Accurate mathematical computation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various accounting software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of general accounting functions and reporting systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
