Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing administrative, product, and customer service support to our schools, students, and company staff. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

* Answering customer service department phone lines to address customer questions, concerns, and issues

  • Performing data entry into company software programs to assist customers with placing orders
  • Completing filing tasks to maintain accurate records of customer orders
  • Placing customer orders that are called in over the phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and order status
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Experience with Windows-based software, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service industry setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour

  • Full-time, seasonal position with the possibility of overtime
  • 8-hour shift, with the possibility of overtime
