Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Conducting thorough research to resolve complex Claims & Provider Enrollment inquiries
  • Processing high-volume claims and transactions with precision and attention to detail
  • Responding accurately, timely, and courteously to various customer inquiries, including complaints and comments
  • Documenting inquiries accurately and maintaining records on customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve problems and assist with priority inquiries
  • Providing feedback to management regarding customer problems and needs
  • Assisting with process improvements and recommending changes in procedures based on daily operations
  • Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • An Associate Degree is preferred
  • 2 years of customer service or call center experience is preferred
  • 2 years of experience with claims processing is preferred
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong human relations and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and demonstrate good judgment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently

Nice-to-haves

* Previous experience researching and analyzing claims

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes is a plus
