Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and company associates in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting interactions with customers when necessary, ensuring accurate and detailed records
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Updating customer records and electronically recording interactions to ensure seamless communication
  • Collaborating with higher-level Customer Care Representatives or Supervisors to resolve complex customer situations
  • Escalating unresolved customer issues or technical problems for further investigation and resolution

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-related services, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Comprehensive spelling and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Ability to use multiple systems while assisting customers, including CRM software and other technical tools
  • Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer experience, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to speak, listen, converse, and write proficiently
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and empathy towards customers, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities, with the ability to navigate complex customer situations
  • Basic troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve common technical issues
