Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team in Idaho. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's systems and technology to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Prior arenaflex employees must have 6 months of experience with arenaflex

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's systems and technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
