The Role

As a new CRA, you will embark on a journey of learning and growth, navigating three major milestones: 1. Licensing Preparation: In the first months, you will prepare to become a FINRA (Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by arenaflex. This includes paid study time and access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops. While these exams can be challenging, rest assured that we are here to support you every step of the way! 2. Skill Development: In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. 3. Proficiency: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

Aptitude and dedication

to complete the FINRA SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 63 exams through our industry-leading licensing program.

Work Environment

Most roles at arenaflex are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a arenaflex office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
