Experienced Customer Assistance Representative – arenaflex Store

As a Customer Assistance Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner

  • Accept, check, and tag customers' baggage at kiosks
  • Process and complete credit card baggage transactions at kiosks
  • Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing
  • Queuing lines in ticket counter areas
  • Accept and activate customers' self-tagged baggage
  • Perform clearance and verification of documents at kiosks
  • Perform additional related duties as deemed operationally necessary by management in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with self-service kiosks and baggage processing systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
