Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our data management and analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our data scientists and analysts to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions
- Design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data management and analytics strategies
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in accordance with arenaflex's data management policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, integrity, and security
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
- Experience with programming languages, such as R, Python, or SQL
- Knowledge of data governance and data management policies and procedures
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Scene, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI insight devices
- Familiarity with clinical data principles, clinical terminology, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
- Experience with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and administrative compliance rules for real-world evidence (RWE) studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
- Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational insights
- Understanding of insights and AI strategies, with the ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
