Job Summary

As a Customer Supply Chain Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building strategic partnerships with customers, managing the forecasting process, and leading logistics execution. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction - Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives - Manage the forecasting process to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory management - Lead logistics execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes - Analyze data and metrics to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement plans to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Customer Supply Chain or Logistics leadership roles - Proven experience with supply chain processes, including forecasting, inventory management, and logistics execution - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions - Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders - Proficient use of Order Processing and Replenishment systems and reporting - APICS Certification, Black or Green Belt, Lean Sigma Certification, or equivalent - Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP or Oracle - Sense of urgency, flexibility, and accountability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Enterprise thinker, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans - Proven planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects - Champion Change, with the ability to drive innovation and improvement in the supply chain - Innovative, with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions - Manage Execution, with the ability to lead teams and drive results - Drive Results, with the ability to measure and analyze supply chain performance - Focus on Customer Needs, with the ability to develop and implement customer-centric supply chain strategies - Use Sound Judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment - Foster Enthusiasm and Teamwork, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
