Job Summary

As a Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, you'll be responsible for working closely with our high-value customers to drive product adoption, remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities for growth. You'll build deep relationships with customers, develop success plans, and deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customized success plans to drive product adoption and growth among high-value customers

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to customer success, providing strategic consulting and change management expertise as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable results
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to drive results
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and growth

Requirements

* Business-level English language proficiency

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience working with large organizations (200+ employees)
  • 3+ years of experience managing a minimum of $8-10M ARR
  • Proven track record of measurably impacting customer results through creative problem-solving, strategic consulting, and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success and growth
  • Proven track record of driving customer results through creative problem-solving, strategic consulting, and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep relationships with customers and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success and growth
  • Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees) and managing a minimum of $8-10M ARR
  • Strong experience with CRM software and other customer success tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop targeted strategies and drive results
