We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, providing exceptional support, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Your Role As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Developing strong customer relationships and maximizing satisfaction across a group of accounts * Providing exceptional support and account management, including product demonstrations, education, and engagement activities * Working towards quarterly and yearly renewal targets, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services, and running meetings to understand client needs * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences * Analyzing customer behavior and engagement metrics to inform business decisions Must-Haves * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders * Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer behavior and engagement metrics * Proactive and organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail * Empathetic and able to understand customer needs and pain points * Delegation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Bilingual, with fluent Japanese and business-level English (any other languages are a plus) Nice-to-Haves * Sports technology savvy, with a strong understanding of our products and their value proposition * Coaching and/or athletics background, with a deep understanding of the sports industry * Growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations * Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of success * Salesforce (CRM) experience, with the ability to navigate and utilize the platform to track activity, manage opportunities, and follow sales processes Our Role At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to succeed. Your Role
