We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Filing and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining digital records and documents, ensuring that all information is filed correctly and accessible. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and digital filing systems. About the Role As a Digital Filing and Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of our digital records and documents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our data entry processes are efficient and effective. You'll work closely with our team members to improve data entry processes and filing systems, and your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving our goals. Responsibilities • Accurately input data into digital filing systems and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents to ensure easy retrieval, using our digital filing systems and databases. • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before entering into the system, ensuring that our records are reliable and trustworthy. • Assist with scanning and digitizing physical documents for electronic storage, helping to reduce paper waste and improve our sustainability efforts. • Update and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring that our data is compliant with regulatory requirements. • Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding digital records as needed, providing excellent customer service and support. • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and filing systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency. • Perform regular backups of digital files to prevent data loss, ensuring that our data is secure and protected. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to our company's data protection policies and procedures. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to professional development. • Proven experience in data entry, digital filing, or administrative support, showcasing your skills and expertise in this area. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software, ensuring that you're familiar with our digital tools and systems. • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work, demonstrating your ability to maintain high standards and quality. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively, ensuring that you're able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
