Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Administrative Assistant – Data Entry & Front Desk Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Maintaining organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
  • Utilizing Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages
  • Supporting office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Providing assistance with data entry and maintaining computerized records
  • Collaborating with team members on various projects to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in front desk operations and customer service
  • Familiarity with office procedures and practices
  • Experience in file management and document organization
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
