Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented bilingual (preferred) customer service representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service solutions to our clients, handling a high volume of inbound calls, and making consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas. Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to quickly learn new software with provided training
  • Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
  • Minimum of one year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with an automatic dialer
  • Pleasant phone demeanor
  • Computer literate

Work from Home Requirements:

* PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)

  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable)

  • A quiet, dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children
