Key Responsibilities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. arenaflex offers a variety of programs with different pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
- Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee)
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form

Availability and Scheduling
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. You will need to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and commit to servicing our clients at times that are available to you. The more you service, the higher your earning potential!
