Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and following up on carrier requests and notices, mail, and electronic signature forms to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Processing policy reviews, client change requests, and payments to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Starting quotes and pursuing sales opportunities if licensed to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
