Role Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across various communication channels, including inbound calls, chats, and emails. Your primary objective will be to amaze our guests at every touchpoint, ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brands and locations, staying up-to-date on product updates and training
  • Identify, research, and resolve issues to utmost customer satisfaction, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Collaborate with your manager and teammates to meet individual and overall service goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
  • Stay ahead of the curve by proactively seeking out relevant product updates and training, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible service to our guests
  • Build, develop, and cultivate relationships with repeat guests and travel partners, nurturing a loyal community of arenaflex enthusiasts

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Availability: A willingness to work overtime as required, with flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Shift Availability: Ability to work any shift during business hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Certification: TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certification required within the first 60 days of employment; arenaflex will pay for the first attempt of certification
