Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Claims Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries related to insurance claims via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to policyholders.
  • Assisting policyholders with filing claims and providing step-by-step guidance throughout the process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Reviewing claim documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external adjusters to expedite claims processing, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Providing timely updates to customers regarding claim status and resolution timelines, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalating issues as needed, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Staying updated on industry regulations and company policies related to claims handling, ensuring that you're knowledgeable about the latest developments and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Experience

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or claims processing. Experience in handling insurance claims or working in a call center environment is a plus.
