Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key support function, you will be responsible for managing customer support tickets, generating quotes, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction. - Order Fulfillment: Generate quotes and send them to customers via Shopify, facilitating a seamless purchasing experience. - Knowledge Base Support: Help answer questions based on the information in our comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information. - Ticket Escalation: Escalate tickets that require debugging or unique circumstances, working closely with our technical team to resolve complex issues. - Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, providing regular updates on the status of their tickets and orders. - Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, order details, and support ticket data in our CRM system.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, customer service) is an asset. - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech industry setting. - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). - Familiarity with CRM systems and Shopify is an asset.
