Job Summary

As an Email/Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to customers via email and live chat. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred: A strong educational foundation is essential for this role, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field.
