About the Role

As a Document Specialist / Closing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for researching accounts, processing documents, and registering new homeowners in our system. Your exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to troubleshoot and solve problems independently, while your excellent communication skills will allow you to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Research Accounts: Utilize multiple programs to ensure database accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

  • Process Documents: Prepare documents for homeowners selling their homes, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Register New Homeowners: Update our system with new homeowner information, ensuring seamless integration with our data management processes.
  • Compile Records: Gather and organize records for processing, ensuring all necessary documents are included.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into industry-specific software and Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process Invoices and Payments: Manage invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Scanning and Assigning Documents: Scan and assign documents to the appropriate files, maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

  • Attention to Detail: A high degree of attention to detail is essential for this position, as accuracy is paramount in data management.
  • Data Entry Skills: Accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word is required, as well as the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are necessary for providing top-notch service to our clients over the phone.
  • Communication: Clear and concise written communication is essential for this role, as you'll be working with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently is critical for this position, as you'll be working with complex data management systems.

Nice-to-Haves

Real Estate Experience: Previous experience with real estate titles, mortgage, or real estate closings processes is a plus, but not required.
