Your Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Customer Expert, you will be responsible for: - Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns -
Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate

Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Providing feedback on call issues

Meeting sales objectives as defined

6 months Sales customer service experience minimum

Bilingual - Spanish and English

Over 18 years of age

Ability to type 25 wpm

High School Graduate or GED

Comfort with desktop computer system

Proven oral & written communication skills

6 months Call Center experience, preferred

Logical problem-solving skills

Availability to work various shifts

Ability to use Windows operating systems

6 months sales experience minimum
