Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone and email support, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be expected to:

  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer needs
  • Answer incoming requests through our multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and procedures
  • Interpret and explain detailed information about processes and procedures to customers, ensuring a high level of understanding and satisfaction
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of our team and organization
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, adapting to evolving customer needs and market trends
  • Understand how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives, making informed decisions that drive business success

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP), with a solid understanding of CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs, including overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Communications
  • 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), with a solid understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations
  • Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys, with a strong understanding of data analysis and customer interaction platforms

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $20.08 – $32.87 per hour, based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
  • Bonus eligibility, with opportunities to earn additional income based on performance
